Self Portrait, 1907
John Singer SargentThere is a wonderful collection of art by
Sargent all over the internet by very devoted followers. This
exhibit reflects some of his greatest work as well as some pieces
that are lesser known. The influence of Sargent has sometimes
been minimized, but his life, work, and associations mark a significant
period in the history of western art, aside from his paintings being just plain beautiful.
